KMI Brands’ Values and Ethics


As KMI Brands CEO Herbie Dayal says “...everything we do is around creating products that customers will love and which will prove profitable for our retailers.” 

Sounds fairly simple doesn’t it? But we believe that the exceptionally high standards and ethics that are embedded into the culture and the team at KMI Brands are what allow us to deliver those fabulous products time after time. So what are those values?

  • Be innovative – we love making and building brands, but they have got to be innovative and they have to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Don’t compromise –our products are made from only the very best ingredients, as is our packaging, and yet we deliver them to customers at reasonable prices, creating real value for money.
  • Be passionate – all our brand owners and brand teams absolutely love what they do and the products they work with. We believe the TLC we show for our brands really shines through in the finished products. 
  • Be considerate – at KMI we strive to manage our business in a responsible manner, continually seeking ways of reducing our environmental impact through ethical packaging and sourcing.
  • Be a team – creating and managing a brand is a team effort – everyone has to pull together in order to get it 100% right for our customers. We work hard to ensure that our team is happy and harmonious, we offer a strong career development and training programme, and of course there is always a healthy dose of great nights out thrown in!
